Location: Paris-Saclay (LSCE)
Start date: March – August 2026 (flexible)
Contract: Internship
Language: English required, French a plus
Mission / role summary: We are looking for a Marketing & Brand Intern to consolidate Bloomineral’s commercial messaging, visual identity, and client-facing materials as we move from R&D into industrial deployment. You will work directly with our founder Caroline to consolidate Bloomineral’s value proposition across markets (cement, concrete, coatings, etc.), build professional sales assets (decks, one-pagers), and elevate the overall aesthetic and clarity of our communication. This is a hands-on role at the core of the company, ideal for someone who wants to apply marketing skills in a deeptech, industrial B2B environment.

Produce marketing visuals using Powerpoint (Figma / Adobe PS are strong pluses)
Improve layout, structure, and visual coherence of existing materials
Support creation of simple visual or video content when relevant
What We’re Looking For
Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in marketing, communication, design, business, or related field
Strong interest in B2B marketing and industrial / technical products
Solid visual sensibility and experience with Powerpoint/ Canva (Figma / Adobe are major advantages)
Comfortable building structured, professional decks and documents
Ability to understand technical content and convert it into clear messaging
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and autonomous
Fluent in English (French is a plus)
We are looking for someone who has already chosen marketing as a direction, not someone experimenting with it for the first time.
Nice to have
Experience in climate tech, deeptech, or industrial environments
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Figma, basic video editing
Prior experience creating B2B marketing or sales materials
Why Join Bloomineral
Work directly with the founding team
Help shape how a climate deeptech company presents itself
High ownership, real responsibilities (essentially 1-person marketing team)
Exposure to real commercial discussions and activity
Small team, fast learning curve, visible impact
A culture that values rigor, initiative, and learning by doing
We care more about curiosity, rigor, and drive than about checking every box. If our mission resonates with you but your profile doesn’t match every single line above, apply anyway. We’re building a diverse, thoughtful team and we know great people don’t all look the same on paper. If you’re excited about turning carbon into materials the world can build with, we’d love to hear from you.
